There are two official comment tracks for this project, and they do different work. One is still open; the other has closed.

Comment to the LA City Council

Your comment asks Councilmembers to vote no on Council File 26-0777 — the resolution that would put the City of Los Angeles on record against the project. The file is pending in the Rules Committee and isn't on a posted agenda yet, so there is no deadline — but it can be scheduled on short notice, and comments made while a committee is still shaping an item carry more weight.

Comment on the environmental review (Draft EIR)

The DEIR public comment period ended at 11:59 p.m. PDT on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Comments went into the project's official environmental record with the City of Pasadena, which must consider and respond to them before it can approve the project. That record is now closed.
